Scrapbook Essentials BC’s
Great Easter Egg Hunt!
We have been working on something pretty special! Well, maybe quite BIG!
The Easter Egg Hunt starts out at 3730 Grange Road where you will pick up your first CLUE! You can pick up your clue between 10-10:30am. This clue will take you to your next destination where someone else is waiting with the next clue (I think they will have bunny ears on!). Only 3 clues to pick up before you get to your final destination….hmm, some chocolate might be involved too just to keep you going! We are not going to send you on a wild goose chase, but it will be about 15 kms…so you will need to travel a little bit but not too far!
We can’t wait for you to reach your final destination!
*Please note, that partaking in this is totally optional and we are not responsible for any unforeseen occurrence that might occur while partaking in the hunt. Please take care while traveling from destination to destination. But each stop has a parking lot!
Stacey and the Easter Egg Hunt team!
A few updates:
FACEBOOK:This is where we have been posting updates before we can get an email out. (Opps, I’ll admit it, I am very bad at sending emails….but thank you to everyone on Facebook who have kept me busy! Without that support, we wouldn’t have made it through the pandemic up to this date). If you can get connected on Facebook, you will receive more updates and any changes that come up. Make sure to like and follow us onFACEBOOK!
APPOINTMENTS:We will continue to monitor the COVID stats and regulations to determine if we will post open hours. However, outside of the ‘open hours’ if you would like to book an appointment time, we are happy to do that.
We will also continue with: Blue Shelf pick up of orders (please do indicate if you want your order in the blue shelf)
PAYMENTS:We still accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Debit (tap and chip), as well as cash and e-transfers. If needing to use the Square payment system and you are picking up from the blue shelf, please arrange for me to meet you outside.
Thank you for your business! Our family very much appreciates it.
Sincerely, Stacey and family

Spaces are limited (due to product availability)
Classes are held on-line “VIRTUALLY”
Your spot is only held once payment is received
Kits for the virtual classes are NOT RETURNABLE
We initially had been doing our classes through separate FACEBOOK pages, however, we have now started to hold classes via ZOOM. Classes are not guaranteed to be recorded, but we are looking into storage space to be able to do so.
If you take a class via ZOOM with us, you will be able to ask questions during the classes and SEE & talk to us from the comfort of your own home!
For when classes are once again able to be held in person:
Class Registration/Cancellation/Refund and Product Order Policies
UPDATE February 16, 2022
Special note about class sign-ups:
If you ask to be put on the list for a class, your name will go on the Interest/waitlist first.
Your spot is confirmed once payment for the class is received.
If you wait to pay, you will only be confirmed a spot if there is one available.
Thank you for your understanding.
Class Registration/Cancellation Policy
As seating is limited and the Instructor requires time to prepare, for all classes, pre-registration is required.
All class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
You may register in person (this is our preferred method – Visa, MasterCard, cash or Debit Tap), or by phone ONLY when unable to stop by the studio (778-533-4290) using Visa or MasterCard.
Children 12-15 years old may attend any class, provided their fee is paid and they are accompanied by an adult taking the class.
Class fees are non-refundable (see refund policy below).
Ages 16 and over may attend any class as an adult.
We reserve the right to cancel a class if less than 4 participants are registered. A full refund or credit towards another class will be given if WE have to cancel a class.
Class REFUND POLICY:
Classes held in collaboration with other stores or special guest designers are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason.
Classes taught by myself only or our own store instructors: *With 5 days notice, you will be issued a store credit in the event you need to cancel.
No credit will be issued with less than 5 days notice due to teacher class/product preparation time for class; however, you may still pick up your class kit anytime after the class date. Class instructions are not always available, but pictures of the class project are generally available.
A full refund or credit towards another class will be given if WE have to cancel a class.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.
YES, we are still taking product requests, even during the Global Pandemic! Product Order Policy
Can’t seem to find what you want? We can usually special order it in for you!
All Special orders are required to be paid in full. Pre-requested/Pre-ordered products are considered Special orders and therefore, come under this policy.
If you decide to cancel your special order, 25% of your order total will be kept as a restocking fee to cover expenses (included but not limited to duty, shipping, exchange rate).
If the item has not left the supplier, there are no re-stocking fees because we have not been charged duty & shipping etc – in this case, we can refund your order in full without any problems.
If the item has been shipped or is here, we will have to retain 25% as indicated above.
There have been many manufacturing delays/shipping delays due to COVID. These are out of our control. For pre-orders requested through products that we highlight for preorder, No refund is given when those items experience delays out of our control. We have to pay for products upfront in order to get them ordered.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and co-operation.
